Rise & Thrive Care was born from walking alongside people in homes, hospitals, and communities witnessing both deep strength and the need for more human connected care.

Founded by a nurse and a psychologist, we saw that while needs were often met, people longed to feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Like a sunflower turning toward the light, every person carries their own strength, growth, and potential.
